So much uncertainty.

I’ve found the last few weeks difficult. The weather has shifted, turning bitterly cold, and the News Headlines predict further problems with Covid, especially in the buildup to Christmas.

I try to remain busy, studying languages and playing the piano.

Sometimes, people just need to relax – impossible though that might be.

Below I attach a picture of an excitable dog that wouldn’t stop barking.

Stay safe, and best wishes!

  1. Lawrence, I am sorry to hear about the pandemic predictions for the coming winter. It is harder to enjoy being outdoors in very cold weather. I hope these unwelcome predictions do not come true. It has been a very difficult time!

I am going to get a booster shot in a week or so. I am still wearing a mask when I go to the grocery store, even though I am fully vaccinated. I am in a fairly high-risk group.

I am glad to hear that you are able to keep yourself occupied in meaningful pursuits. I hope normalcy soon returns and things will be better for you. All the best! ❤

  2. Thanks, Cheryl. Yes, the predictions are dire, but I manage to get out and meet people.

Best of luck with the booster. All the best, and hope to connect soon
    Lawrence
