Social media has changed our lives a lot.

So has blogging and Content Management Systems, opening up countless opportunities, often free of charge.

As a classically trained musician, I’m particularly interested in sharing my piano playing over the internet and beyond.  Using a good quality phone and recording app, I’ve made several videos recently, including the one below – Schubert’s 3rd impromptu op 90, no 3.

The list may appear endless. Grey skies.  Rain.  Worries over Brexit.  Fears about Trump. Low finances from the Christmas period. Waiting to get paid.  Etc, etc.

For me, things aren’t quite so bleak.  Obviously, I don’t like the weather or the general season, but I have plenty of hope for 2017.  I think it will be a good year overall.

Let’s hope I’m right.
