This morning, I missed the televised Johann Strauss concert from Vienna. Instead, I combined two of my interests – amateur photography and cardiovascular exercise.  I took a walk through a great part of North London, UK: Highgate Wood.   The air was chilly, with shafts of sunlight coming through the trees. I took photographs as I walked across the trails and up the mounds, reaching a pulse rate of around 150 beats per minutes.   A pretty good figure for training the heart and losing weight.
